Materials

We employ HP Multi Jet Fusion technology for both functional and aesthetic prototyping and even mass production of finished parts.

Components are fabricated from both rigid (PA12, i.e., nylon-12) and flexible TPU polymer materials. With both types, complex artifacts with different surface finishes can be made.

TPU

TPU is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer.
It is elastic, flexible and has high elongation at break.
It absorbs impacts, dampens vibrations and offers
excellent resistance to abrasion and high temperatures.

PA12

PA12 is a thermoplastic polymer known commercially as nylon 12.
It offers excellent mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance.
It is biocompatible and can be used in multiple applications
Both functional and aesthetic.
